CCU's BSB number
Customs Credit Union now has a new BSB Number 815 000
Please note: As Customs Credit Union (CCU) is a division of The Police Department Employees' Credit Union Ltd (PCU), when making a transfer using internet banking sites the BSB may refer to PCU's details.
1. Why is the number changing?
The new BSB number is fully owned by Police Credit Union who administrates CCU direct credits and debits which will provide us with greater flexibility to introduce new, innovative and cost effective products and services to our Members.
2. What does this mean if I have a regular direct credit/debit on my account processed by an external supplier?
You will need to contact the relevant supplier and advise them of the new number. Your supplier will amend their records to ensure continuation of your transaction(s). To avoid any processing delays with direct credits or debits to your accounts, you must advise all your relevant suppliers of CCUs new BSB Number 815 000.
3. Is there a likelihood that my transfer may not be processed while the BSB numbers are changing over?
Transactions occurring under the old BSB number will only continue to be processed for a short period. We strongly recommend that you notify your supplier of the new number immediately.
4. What if my supplier requests written confirmation from Customs Credit Union?
Please contact us on the number below and the necessary arrangements will be made.
