Transfer of Data in Progress ......

At my last advice I expressed an expectation that, following the transfer of data to the  ULTRADATA software system, Online and Phone banking would be reinstated by 6.00 pm.

Sadly it seems that this will not be the case. Ultradata staff continue their work to rectify the problem which relates to connectivity (the data itself has transferred across in tact and was balance before 8.00 am this morning).

At this stage it is difficult for me to advise an anticipated time that connectivity might be re-established as despite all efforts the problem is not readily evident.

I would suggest that it may be tomorrow morning before Online banking is re-established, although, Phone banking may be available a little earlier.

Again, I apologise for these circumstances which are presently beyond your Credit Union's control.
