Full screen view: For
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, select "View/Full Screen" from the top
toolbar (or press F11) to display more of the screen. Press the top right-hand
middle restore button to reinstate the normal toolbars. For Microsoft Internet
Explorer 4, click on the "full screen" icon on the toolbar to maximise/minimise
the screen.
Bold and
Underlined
