Then dial your Easy local call cost no.*

13 2729 (13 BPAY)

1. Enter your card number followed by #
2. On first use you will need to enter your six digit birth date (6 June 1964=060664). Press #
3. You need to change your Easy Access No. (EAN) straight away to a five digit no.  Choose a memorable no. as your EAN can only be reset by phoning hmcstaff.  Now press #
4. Verify your new EAN, then #.  You're ready to begin Easy Bill Payment.

Bill Payment made …

After entering your Card no. and EAN:

1. Select the card you wish to use followed by #
2. Enter the Biller Code followed by #
3. Enter the customer reference no followed by #
4. Enter the amount you wish to pay without the decimal point, then #
5. To make an immediate payment, press 1 To make a future payment, press 2
6. Record your receipt no. on your bill
7. To end the call, press 9 or just hang-up
8. To make another payment, press 1
