Personal Choice

Make the move towards simple, flexible superannuation and insurance

About Personal Choice
Personal Choice is a simple and flexible solution to your superannuation and insurance needs:

  • Your choice - you select an investment strategy from a range of options.
  • Designed for regular contributions, it is also suitable for single (lump sum) contributions, occasional contributions and rollovers.
  • A superannuation and rollover fund in one. You keep your investment strategy and insurances when you change jobs or retire.
  • Provides you with access to optional insurance coverage.

Personal Choice is offered through The Portfolio Service Retirement Fund which is a complying superannuation fund.

Investment approach
The four investment strategies shown in the chart below blend a number of investment managers across various asset classes. The manager mix is determined by the particular skills of the manager, the asset class constraints and the need for diversification.

Each has a particular investment objective.

Which investment strategy for you?
Selecting the investment strategy that satisfies both your financial needs and meets the level of risk with which you are comfortable requires careful consideration.

You will benefit from advice from a financial planner and the option to complete a recognised risk tolerance assessment.

Contributions
Who can make contributions?

Your employer can make contributions for you.

  • You can make contributions:
    - for your own superannuation; and
    - now you can make contributions for your non working spouse.
  • You can rollover or transfer amounts from other complying superannuation funds.
  • You can rollover any lump sum eligible termination payments you receive at the time you leave a job.

There are some conditions regarding contributions. Please check our brochure for details or see a financial planner.
