Terms and Conditions for hmcpremium High Rate NOW (S32)

• H.M.C. Staff Credit Union Ltd ("your Credit Union") reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions without prior consent.
• When changes of Terms and Conditions or Fees and Charges occur, your Credit Union will provide written notice of the change to each affected member at least 30 days before it takes effect.
• Changes in Interest Rates are subject to movement of rates in the market and may alter without notice. Information on current rates may be obtained using the Credit Union's web site (http://www.hmcstaff.com.au) or by regular advice in your Credit Union's Newsletter. 
• General descriptive information is available for all products and services.
• hmcpremium High Rate NOW (S32) is available to all members.
• Interest is calculated on the daily balance of the account and will be credited to the account at the end of each month.
• The interest rate applicable is paid on the whole balance of your account.
• The account is not to be overdrawn.
• Your Credit Union may appropriate the credit balance of the account towards repayment of any debt, the member owes to your Credit Union.
• Restrictions apply to this account, as follows:
  - Withdrawals require sixty (60) days notice using your Credit Union's Notice of Withdrawal Form.
  - You may only give Notice of Withdrawal on funds that have been in the account for sixty (60) days.
  - When you give Notice of Withdrawal you must detail on your Credit Union's Notice of Withdrawal Form the account to which the funds are to be transferred.
  - Funds will be transferred on the maturity date of the Notice of Withdrawal or on the first business day thereafter.
  - If a Notice of Withdrawal is cancelled, a further Notice of Withdrawal on funds subject to the original Notice of Withdrawal will not be accepted until those funds have been in the account for a further sixty (60) days from the date of the cancellation. 
  - Members who overdraw the account will have the facility withdrawn.
• Features of this account include:
  - No minimum balance. 
  - No fixed term.
  - Funds transferred from your hmcdirect High Rate Savers Account are transferred as cleared funds.
  - Withdrawals can be made by giving notice and nominating transfer to a specific transaction account.
• Statements will be sent each quarter (at least).
• Fees and charges are payable on this account.
• Current interest rates, fees and charges are available on request.
