Feel safe when you shop
Verified by Visa links a personal password and Personal Assurance Message (PAM) to your Customs Credit Union Visa Card. Once you're registered, you will be shown your PAM and asked to enter your password every time you shop online with a participating Verified by Visa merchant.

The appearance of your PAM will confirm your transaction is being authenticated by Customs Credit Union. Entry of your password will confirm you really are the authorised cardholder.

Once your password is checked, your identity will be verified, the transaction will be completed as normal and you will have the peace of mind of knowing no-one but you can use your Visa card online.
It's that safe. And that simple!

Verified by Visa will work with your current Customs Credit Union Visa Card it takes just a few minutes to register online.

Step 1 You'll need your Visa card and a Verified by Visa member registration number, which you can obtain by calling 131 728 during normal business hours.

Step 2 Click on the Verified by Visa button and follow the instructions. You can start shopping with confidence right away.
